Build your own internal network of leadership coaches! Available as individual sessions or as a series, these interactive programs use the “Coaching for Success” framework to increase participants’ awareness of and confidence in their coaching capabilities.

SESSION ONE
BUILDING CORE COACHING SKILLS

This session helps managers/leaders understand what it means to be an effective coach, learn proven coaching techniques, and recognize and take advantage of in-the-moment coaching opportunities. Participants practice the application of these concepts to build confidence in having great coaching conversations. 

SESSION TWO
PREPARING FOR AND COACHING THROUGH DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

Participants learn how to coach through difficult – or emotional – situations by using the “Coaching for Success” model. They also learn techniques to effectively manage where the conversation may “veer.”

SESSION THREE
ADVANCING COACHING SKILLS

In this session, participants practice real-life coaching situations. Faculty and peer feedback help enhance skills.
