Carlson Group Placement: Dwayne Sieck Joins CBI Bank & Trust

Carlson Group is pleased to announce that we recently completed the President & CEO search for $1.4 billion CBI Bank & Trust in Muscatine, Iowa.
As background, their current President & CEO, Greg Kistler, will be retiring year end 2024. CBI’s Board of Directors launched this search quite early to ensure the bank had sufficient time to recruit a talented bank executive to a town the size of Muscatine. Here is the press release announcing that Dwayne Sieck joined CBI in January, initially with the title of President.
