Carlson Group Adds Hoag as Partner

Brady Hoag joins Carlson Group as Partner and will operate a new office location in Minneapolis for the Des Moines, Iowa-based executive search firm.

He will help lead teams on executive-level searches and C-Suite executive support for clients throughout Iowa, Minnesota and the entire Midwest.”

With more than 20 years of experience, Hoag has worked for search firms as well as directly within Fortune 500 companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Executive Recruiting for Wells Fargo. Hoag also served as a Founder and Partner at JB Scott Search, a retained search firm specializing in placing senior-level diverse leaders. Hoag earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Minnesota Duluth. He lives in Maple Grove, Minnesota with his wife Laura.
